HOUSE RULES FOR LA CASA DE LAS FLORES EARLY CHECK-INS Early check-in is not guaranteed. Airbnb may allow you to select a preferred check-in time, but all arrivals before our standard 4:00 p.m. check-in time require approval from the host. An accepted reservation does not mean an early check-in request has been approved. Please message us directly to ask about availability. If we have enough time to clean and prepare the home to our standards, we will do our best to accommodate you. If approved, a 2:00 p.m. early check-in is available for a $40 fee. LATE CHECKOUTS All late checkouts must be approved by the management team. Guests who remain at the property more than 30 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. checkout time without approval may be charged a $75 late-checkout fee. If a guest holds possession of the property for more than two hours beyond checkout, the guest may be charged the listing’s full nightly rate for the following night. This charge does not grant possession of the property for an additional day. It is a penalty for remaining beyond the original reservation without approval. PARTIES AND EVENTS Parties, events, loud gatherings and unauthorized group activities are not allowed. Throwing a party, damaging or excessively trashing the home, disturbing the neighborhood, or holding a gathering with unregistered guests is a violation of the house rules and may result in a $200 fee, immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without a refund. OCCUPANCY AND REGISTERED GUESTS The maximum occupancy is 8 people. This maximum includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. The standard reservation price includes up to 6 registered guests. Guests 7 and 8 must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival. An additional fee of $30 per person, per night applies to guests 7 and 8. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. Undeclared guests or any occupancy above the 8-person maximum may result in a $75 charge per unauthorized person. Payment of this fee does not give an unauthorized person permission to remain at the property. Unauthorized guests will be required to leave. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbors by keeping music, televisions, conversations and outdoor activity at a reasonable volume. We have zero tolerance for loud events, gatherings or parties. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on guests treating the home courteously and cleaning up after themselves. Guests are expected to wash used dishes, place used towels in the washer, dispose of trash properly and leave the home in reasonably tidy condition. This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping team discovers an unreasonable or excessive mess after checkout, an additional cleaning fee of $150 may be charged. A $20 fee may be charged for dishes left dirty. SMOKING Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes the home, basement, garage, yard and porches. Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning and repair charges. A $200-per-day smoking fee may be charged. PARKING Free parking is available for one vehicle inside the detached garage and one vehicle in the driveway. A garage-door remote will be provided during your stay. Additional unrestricted street parking is available around the home. Please do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, alleys, fire hydrants or access points. TAMPERING Tampering with, covering, disconnecting, removing or attempting to make any safety or property equipment inoperable is strictly prohibited. This includes exterior cameras, internet and Wi-Fi equipment, smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms, deadbolts, keypads, locks and thermostat equipment. Tampering may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Our staff may visit the property to assess the situation, and law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate. COURTEOUSNESS We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable demands from guests who are rude, threatening, abusive or repeatedly disrespectful toward our staff. Harassment, threats or verbal abuse directed toward the hosts, management team, cleaners, maintenance workers, neighbors or other representatives may result in termination of the stay. ABIDE BY ALL LAWS All guests must follow applicable local, state and federal laws throughout their stay. Evidence of violence, theft, trespassing, stalking, illegal drug activity or intentional harm to the hosts, property, staff or neighbors will be reported to the appropriate authorities. NO PETS Pets are not allowed. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the property, a $150-per-day fee may be charged. Payment of this fee does not give the animal permission to remain at the property. The unauthorized animal must be removed. SERVICE ANIMALS Trained service animals are accommodated as required by Airbnb policy and applicable law. Service animals must remain housebroken and under the handler’s control. They must be leashed, harnessed or tethered unless the handler’s disability prevents the use of those devices or they interfere with the animal’s trained work. In that situation, the handler must maintain control through voice, signal or another effective method. A service animal may not be left alone at the property without prior approval from the host. Guests must clean up after their service animal and dispose of waste properly. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or if the animal is not housebroken, the guest may be required to remove the animal from the property. Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their service animal. EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES The property has two exterior security cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio and still images. One camera is located at the front entrance, and one camera is located at the rear entrance. Both cameras face outward and monitor exterior entry areas only. The cameras remain on during reservations, record audio and video continuously, and send motion-detection alerts. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. FINAL AGREEMENT Our house rules are intended to protect the home, our neighbors and our guests. We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and communication is key. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us through the Airbnb message thread. We have a zero-tolerance policy for loud events, parties, unauthorized gatherings and deliberate violations of these rules. Serious violations may result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property and no refund as permitted by Airbnb. By booking La Casa de las Flores, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these house rules.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire single-family home, including all three upstairs bedrooms, the main-floor living and dining areas, the kitchen, both bathrooms, the finished basement, the washer and dryer, the fenced yard, the front and side porches and the detached garage. Self-check-in is available through a Schlage smart lock, allowing you to arrive and come and go at your convenience. Free parking includes space for one vehicle inside the detached garage and one vehicle in the driveway. The garage can be opened and closed using the wall-mounted control inside the home. For extended-multi-month stays, a garage-door remote may also be provided for added convenience. Additional unrestricted street parking is available around the home.
